A Festival of Colors
Holi is a Hindu tradition that originated in India and is probably best known as the Festival of Colors. The fun and spirited festival is a time for play, pray, forgive, and prepare for new opportunities as Spring approaches. On Saturday, March 28, you and your friends and family can participate in the largest Color Festival in all of San Francisco. There will be unlimited color and powder available throughout the festival which you are encouraged to smear on the faces of those around you. Of course, you also want to make sure that your own face is fully covered as well. In addition to the color, there will be live DJs playing Bollywood inspired music, keeping the party going all day long. Plus, there will be local food trucks selling their most delicious creations. Whether this is your first Holi celebration or you have been joining in the fun for many years, SF Holi 2020 is one even that you will not want to miss this year.
